Our company successfully exported a batch of DC electromagnetic stirrers to a leading steel manufacturing enterprise in Malaysia, a key cooperation under the framework of China-Malaysia industrial collaboration and the Belt and Road Initiative. The exported DC electromagnetic stirrers are tailored to Malaysia’s steel continuous casting and non-ferrous metal smelting needs, seamlessly integrating into the customer’s modern production line at the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park—a landmark project driving the region’s industrial upgrading. Key highlights of this cooperation include DC electromagnetic stirrers’ compliance with Malaysia’s import regulations for industrial machinery, benefiting from preferential tariff policies under the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement to reduce procurement costs. DC electromagnetic stirrers’ computer simulation-optimized magnetic circuit and high permeability core enhance magnetic penetration depth and stirring force, addressing the customer’s demand for uniform molten steel mixing in large-volume production. DC electromagnetic stirrers’ advanced coil insulation (meeting H-class heat resistance) and forced air cooling system ensure stable operation in Malaysia’s high-humidity industrial environment, while the remote control and high automation features simplify centralized management of the customer’s expanded production capacity. This collaboration not only supports Malaysia’s transition from a steel importer to an exporter but also showcases DC electromagnetic stirrers’ energy-saving advantage (30% lower consumption than traditional equipment) and long service life, winning strong recognition for DC electromagnetic stirrers in Southeast Asia’s industrial equipment market.
